1. The promotion is a free prize draw, which is open to anyone who submits an SCA Pro-Tect on-line quotation (www.sca-protect.co.uk) in the calendar month leading up to the next draw being the last working day of the calendar month.
2. The first draw will take place on Friday 29th June. All on-line quotations submitted up to midnight Thursday 28th June will be entered in to this draw. Any submissions made after this time will be considered for the draw in the following calendar month. Draws will then continue on a monthly basis until further notice.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries into the draw per person.
5. The prize is an iPod* for the first entry drawn at random and the second prize is a Digital Camera for the second entry drawn at random. There are no alternatives offered for these prizes.
6. The prize draw is only open to people aged over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom.
7. The prize draw is not open to employees of the SCA Group of companies, their families, agents or affiliates or anyone associated with this draw.

9. The winner will be selected at random on the draw date by an independent person. The winner will be notified by post and/or telephone within fourteen days of the draw taking place. The winning participant will then receive their prize within four weeks after notification.
10. If the winning participant is not contactable, SCA Pro-Tect Limited reserves the right to reallocate the prizes awarded to the next randomly drawn entry or to forfeit the prize.
11. SCA Pro-Tect Limited cannot accept responsibility for the loss of entries through technical fault. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
12. The judges’ decision is final in every situation, including any not covered here, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
13. The name and county of the winners will be available on the website www.sca-protect.co.uk or by sending an SAE to the address shown above.
14. SCA Pro-Tect Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. There will be no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are subject to availability and change.
15. By entering our free prize draw you agree to receive further information regarding SCA Pro-Tect Limited and the services we provide. You also agree to allowing your name and county of residence to be published on the SCA Pro-Tect Limited website or used for other related marketing purposes should you be the successful participant.
16. Entry into the draw is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and that entrants agree to abide by these rules. No correspondence will be entered in to.
17. We reserve the right to alter or amend these rules at any time without prior notice.
18. SCA Pro-Tect Limited will not under any circumstances pass your personal details on to any other organisation without your permission first, except for the purpose of awarding your prize if necessary.
